Welcome to toyguns.lk, the official and original website for Gelsoft Lanka Pvt. Ltd. We introduced the name “Gel Blasters” to Sri Lanka when we started as a single-owned business page in Facebook under the marketing name Gel Blasters Lanka since December 2019. As the pioneers, we recognized that there is a huge market for Gel Ball blasters and were looking to introduce the new industry to Sri Lanka and a product that we love ourselves.

We hit a massive speed bump in late 2020 when the Chinese Authorities banned the export of gel blaster toys and consequently resourced and rebranded again when we had met all the requirements.

By that time, the industry, we introduced, were getting popular among the Sri Lankan younger crowd and many competitors and imposters appeared in our absence. Since we were not incorporated at that moment, we had to change our marketing name “Gel Blasters Lanka” in Facebook into Gel Blasters. In June 2021, we have incorporated our company as Gelsoft Lanka Pvt. Ltd.

Despite all the hurdles and issues, we were successfully introduced and conducted the first ever Gelsoft military simulation game in Sri Lanka under the name of Gelsoft Battlegrounds. As at date, we have the largest Gel Blasters collection in Sri Lanka.

During the no-business times, we have done our R&Ds and planned to expand the business not only to sell gel blasters, but also to expand our business into other toy gun variations as well. As a result, we have added air rifles, archery, and other hobby-grade toys to our inventory.

Gelsoft Lanka is committed to introducing good quality Gel Blasters/Air Rifles/Archeries and Hobby toys to the country and we are helping other retailers, even though they are competitors, fight against government red tape and will continue to do so as long as we are able.
