SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.
Standard shipping time would be 2-5 days after handing over to the courier service.

TRACKING

Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at info@toyguns.lk with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING

Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via courier service.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the respective courier service, and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use respective courier service hotline. We will also try help you as possible as we can in a mishandle situation.
